Every engagement follows the same seven steps, whether it is a two-week review or a year-long build.
Enquiry
You describe what has to change. We reply in writing with questions.
Scoping
One conversation to agree the problem, the people affected and how the result will be accepted.
Proposal
A written scope, acceptance criteria, a price and a start date.
Delivery
We lead the work. Decisions, risks and changes are recorded as they happen.
Acceptance
The result is checked against the criteria agreed at the start.
Handover
Documents, access and records pass to your organisation.
Close
A short written close-out, and a support retainer if you want one.
Scoped to a result
We agree what finished means before we start, and we answer for it. The scope, the acceptance criteria and the price are in writing before the first day.
Written as we go
Decisions, risks and acceptance are recorded while the work runs. The record exists before anyone asks for it.

We manage: Google Workspace; cPanel hosting for existing clients; AWS, Google Cloud and Azure tenancies.
We choose managed platforms with clear access controls and a documented data location.
