We manage the tenancies, identity and hosting behind the systems we build or govern, and we build bord.room, bord.platform and OtterFlow.

This department keeps what the other two set up: accounts, domains, access and the software OtterBlock owns.

Infrastructure management
Tenancies, identity, domains and hosting, with access and cost under governance.

Hospitality operations software built by OtterBlock, in use at its first venue during testing.
bord.platform
The engine behind bord.room: client records, access control, workflow and tasks. In testing as practice management software.
OtterFlow
Our workflow builder. Each delivery step is assigned to a model, with approval, review and gate steps.
Hosting for existing clients
We continue to host and maintain sites for existing clients. We are not taking on new hosting clients.

Agentic development governance
