We continue to host and maintain sites for existing clients. We are not taking on new hosting clients.
If OtterBlock hosts your site or manages your domain today, this page describes what is included and how to reach us. Nothing changes for you unless we write to you first.
What is included
- cPanel web hosting for your existing site
- Domain renewals and DNS changes on request
- TLS certificates, renewed on schedule
- Mailbox and forwarding set-up where part of your existing service
- Scheduled backups of site files and databases
- Support by email during business hours
Renewals
We invoice hosting and domains before each renewal date. Pay the invoice to keep the service running. Write to us if a renewal date or an invoice looks wrong.
Moving your site elsewhere
Write to us with the new provider's details. We transfer the domain, hand over site files and databases, and confirm in writing when it is done. There is no charge for the handover.
