OtterFlow

Get started with OtterFlow

Request repository access, then explore the engine and console with sample data.

Access and prerequisites

OtterFlow is in testing and its GitHub repository is private. An authorised GitHub account is required. Local development uses Rust and Cargo for the engine, and Bun with pnpm for the console.

Install the console

From an authorised checkout, install the console dependencies once.

cd console
bunx pnpm@9.15.4 install
cd ..

Run the local stack

The root development command starts the engine at 127.0.0.1:8790 and the operator console at localhost:3190. The engine seeds fictional sample events. Follow the demo runbook for an isolated rehearsal without outbound credentials.

bun run dev

Choose persistence deliberately

The Rust engine supports memory storage and Postgres with the postgres feature. Memory runs are temporary. Follow the repository’s environment and deployment runbooks before using persistent stores or live integrations.

Keep Agent Hub separate

The repository also contains the older coding-agent workflow builder, now called Agent Hub. It is internal and frozen. The default development command starts the current OtterFlow engine and console.
