Accountants: BAS replies from the inbox
Clients reply to BAS emails with declaration approvals and receipts. This workflow reads the practice documents inbox, picks out declaration replies, finds the case reference and sends the approval to the client’s BAS case in bord.room for the team to confirm. Emails with receipts become an upload task. Every run is logged step by step.
Law firms: new matter intake
An AI step labels each enquiry by matter type. Unclear enquiries go to a person, family law matters wait for a partner approval, and routine matters go straight to a conflict-check task. You decide where a person steps in. In the recording, the AI step is configured but not run.
Engineering practices: RFIs from the inbox
Builders send requests for information by email. This workflow pulls out the project number, sorts RFIs from general enquiries and makes each RFI a task for the project engineer, with a due date. If the task runs late, a reminder goes out. General enquiries go to the office.
